The control principle of automobile headlight levelling motor

Control principle:

The input signal of the height position sensor is converted into a voltage signal by the algorithm. The headlight control module drives the motor to control the adjustment of the headlight.

Working process:

The adjustment switch is installed on the car dashboard or the left button under the steering wheel (that is, under the air outlet). There are generally five gears :0, 1, 2, 3 and the default gear (otherwise there is no level adjustment).

The actuator is a headlight regulator installed in the headlights (or outside the headlights) to follow the switch when the headlight adjustment screw is pushed to the outside of the light surface of the headlight.

As the eyes of the car is not only related to the external image of an owner but also related to the safe driving at night or in bad weather conditions. The use and maintenance of headlights cannot be ignored. Electric headlight adjustment refers to the adjustment of headlight height in the cab through the knob to mainly meet the adjustment of headlight height when the vehicle is full and half loaded.
